Svetlana Pankratova of Russia has the longest legs of any woman in the world, according to Guinness World Records. She's not the tallest woman, but her legs measure 4-feet, 4-inches long. Still, her upper body is more normal-sized, and all together she measures 6-feet, 5-inches tall.
